Engineer B.T.Patil with Masters in Management worked in Different Industries since 1995. Started with onsite PUF in-situ projects in year 2005. Did lot of quality projects at IOCL. MRPL, FACT, Sula Wines and many more.
In year 2006, Backward integrated into manufacturing of Rigid Polyurethane Foam, PUF Sheets & Sections, its System. i.e. Polyol, Isocynate and Allied Products.
In year 2008 we diversified into distribution of LPG as distributor of Shell LPG India. Since then, we are working with them as their authorised partner (Now Aegis Pure Gas) for Nashik Industrial Area.
In year 2014 Patsons Multitech LLP is registered with MCA and forward integrated LPG line by starting manufacturing of Aerosols. We started separate unit for Air fresheners, Fabric Perfumes, Lighter Refills & Snow Sprays. In year 2016 we reengineered our Aerosol Unit into Cosmetic Aerosols Unit, as per FDA norms. We got FDA licence for same And subsequently for Disinfectants. Started exports and private labelling in 2018.
In year 2021 along with Rigid PU Foam Manufacturing we starter Molding of Flexible PU Foam. We manufacture articles of different density and verity for various applications, from light density packaging to high density Cushion. Gradually, we have supplied Fire Retardant Polyurethane Foam. Today we cater wide range of Rigid Polyurethane Foam & Flexible PU foam across it’s all possible applications. We have well equipped Manufacturing Unite for Polyurethane System, Foam and its Allied products.
In year 2022 we become approved vendor to India Railways, specially in fire retardant cushion foam. We have in house full equipped lab to test all parameters of the PU Foam.
Today Company with it’s Global Vision and Mission is engaged in Manufacturing Of Polyurethanes, Cosmetics, Toiletries, Disinfectants And its Trade & Consultancy. We have three different well-equipped set ups located at different MIDC Industrial Areas in Nashik. Company adheres strict environment norms, has ISO 9001:2015, works with CFC Free material and Truly Environment friendly company.
