Flexible PU

Products & Services: Company Offer different types of Flexible PU Foam with respect to its physical properties. Some of the Flexible PUFoam we manufacture and supply are PU Foam, HR Foam, MR foam, Soft foam ,etc.

Commercial Grade Polyurethane Foam, is a fair-quality foam primarily reserved for packaging and shipping applications but can be used for occasional-use mattresses and cushions. Other applications include beds, costumes, arts and crafts, and other recreational applications. Due to its fair quality, thick pieces will develop “sink” areas after a short time and will often not return to their original form over time. High Density foam is an industrial-grade medium-quality foam with an excellent balance between price and comfort. As such, High Density Foam is the most commonly used foam type in the furniture manufacturing industry. It will provide suitable support, resilience, and comfort for its given application. It is sold primarily for mattresses, average-quality sofas, chair cushions, bay windows, boats, and camping pads.

High Resilience Foam is the highest grade of polyurethane foam. These Foams contour to the body Exceptionally well, and their cell structure enables extreme elasticity and optimal supporting force by distributing pressure across an entire surface, thus offering greater bounce and better support for sleeping (mattresses) as well as seating (Sofas/chairs) applications. The elasticity of HR Foam also helps in prolonging the comfort of a mattress or sofa.

Memory foam, also known as Visco elastic foam, is an excellent-quality foam designed specifically for pressure relief purposes. Its unique properties allow it to confirm to the shape of your body and then return to its original shape once the pressure is removed. This characteristic makes memory foam versatile and suitable for various applications. Some common uses of memory foam include mattresses and mattress toppers, pillows, seat cushions and medical cushions, travel and neck pillows, furniture cushions, and orthopedic products. Memory foam’s ability to conform to the body’s shape and its pressure-relieving properties make it a valuable material in a wide range of products designed to enhance comfort and support in daily life.
Soft Foams are plushest offering, They are ideal when the goal is to increase comfort, whether as an extra padding atop mattresses or in furniture. Intense R&D on the chemical formulation and composition, makes these foams extremely durable in spite of their softness and sets them apart from anything else available in the market.
